2020 Tryouts

Consider choosing Pizazz for your summer travel team! Last season, players were from 14 different schools.

Pizazz teams play in all college exposure tournaments. The events are in April, May, July, and possibly September (if we have enough available).

2020 Tryout Details:

When: March 8th & March 15th

Ages: 14u - 17u

Time: Informational meeting @ 3:15PM. Tryouts 4:00PM-6:00PM

Location: Normal University High School

Tryout fee: $20

Each player should have a parent attend the informational meeting. Cash or checks are accepted. Checks should be made out to Illinois Pizazz.

Please wear a reversible jersey if you have one. Bring a water bottle. Players are encouraged to attend both tryouts if possible.

Athletic ability, basketball skills, attitude, work ethic, basketball IQ, character, and academic performance are all factors used in selecting Pizazz players. Also, behaviors of players and parents towards teammates, coaches, and referees will be considered.
